Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of A R Management Services (Pvt) Limited will be held on 22 October 2008 at 10:00 A. M. at 33-C, Behind Mall Mansion , Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, The Mall, Lahore , to transact the following business:

 

•  To review & approve the minutes of the last Board of Directors Meetings.

•  To review and approve the Quarterly Financial Statements of First Imrooz Modaraba for the first quarter ended on 30 September 2008 .

•  To review & approve the Related Party Transactions during the first quarter ended 30 September 2008 .

•  To review Internal Audit Report for the First Quarter July – September 2008.

•  Any other business with the permission of the chair.
